Our Story
Bayval Capital was born from a simple idea: learning finance is best done by doing. Our founder, Harley Duan, grew up in a family where conversations about TMT and public equities were part of everyday life, sparking an early and lasting curiosity about the sector. That interest deepened through his venture capital experiences, where he witnessed firsthand how TMT investing shapes industries and future leaders. Bayval was created to bring that same opportunity to students — a platform to bridge theory with practice, connect with industry professionals, and explore the fast-moving TMT space through hands-on investment research and insights that last a lifetime.
